Mr. Lake’s journey began in the garment industry of New York City, where he gained early insight into the grit, determination, and operational expertise required to build a successful business. After earning his Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, he spent ten years in high-tech and manufacturing sales before pursuing his law degree at Touro College’s Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was honored with the prestigious Oral Advocate Award and served on Law Review.

Mr. Lake co-founded Gacovino & Lake, which quickly grew into one of the nation’s leading mass tort & class action law firms. Under his leadership, the firm helped tens of thousands of clients nationwide through strategic co-counsel relationships and class action litigation involving dangerous drugs, defective medical devices, and corporate negligence.
