Alan D. Kalinoski brings over 35 years of extensive legal experience to his role as Chief Legal Counsel at America First Relief. A native of the Chicago area, Mr. Kalinoski earned his Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School and has built a distinguished and impressive career for his expertise and dedication specializing in insurance, litigation, and complex dispute resolution serving as a litigator, trial, and appellate lawyer

Mr. Kalinoski is a member of the Florida, Illinois, New York, and District of Columbia Bars and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He is Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation law and has held leadership positions such as President of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar.

Recognized nationally for his legal achievements, Mr. Kalinoski has earned the prestigious “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, signifying the highest level of professional excellence and ethics.
